For 2026 TBT has 2 Campus Directors and 7 Campus Workers across the various campuses.

TBT Part-time Staff
For 2026 TBT has 6 part time Campus Workers across the various campuses. And 1 part time Adminstrator. These men and women serve in various capacities and roles for usually 1 or 2 days a week.

Ministry Apprentices
In partnership with local churches, and as part of the KZN Ministry Apprenticeship, for 2026 TBT also has 9 ministry apprentices in various years - those being trained and tested for full-time paid Christian ministry.
